The company is growing and is looking for a dynamic and multitask finance officer.

You have a proven track record in project management, sourcing and contract management?

In this consulting role, you are in charge of the company’s real estate development project management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate work between the company, architects and contractors
• Manage imports from China of construction materials not produced in Rwanda
• Manage contracts
• Monitor budget
• Ensure relations with local authorities
• Assist with other operations of the company

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in business, or a related field
• Experience: at least 10 years in business administration, project management and urban planning policies
• Excellent computer skills, notably Excel and Adobe suite
• Excellent and proven communication skills (both verbal and written) in English & Chinese
• At least 10 year experience in construction and urban planning
• At least 5 year experience working with local authorities
• At least 1 international working experience of minimum 2 years in related fields
• French would be an advantage
