The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from ordinary budget, towards the cost of Consultancy Services to conduct WISN study to King Faisal Hospital. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which these Terms of reference are issued.

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda now solicits proposals(CVs) to provide the following services: Consultancy Services to conduct WISN study for King Faisal Hospital. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference available in KFH –Rwanda Procurement Office and on its website at https://kfh.rw/
Participation is open on equal conditions to all qualified and interested Individual Consultants. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the procurement directorate, King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali – Rwanda. Email: Procurement@Kfhkigali.Com
Well printed proposals(CVs) in envelops, properly bound and presented in one original and three copies each, must reach the Procurement Department at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm local time on September 24th, 2022, Late CVs will be rejected.
CVs will be opened in the presence of Consultants or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on September 24th, 2022, 2:30 pm local time. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
The selected consultant will be invited to submit financial proposal and negotiate contract.
A Consultant will be selected under Individual Consultancy (IC) and procedures described in this ToRs in accordance with the KFH Procurement Procedure of 2014.
