FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development organization with a value proposition “We design, develop, and deliver catalytic solutions that build resilience so that children, families, and communities can flourish”. FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda operates in Kamonyi, Ruhango, Muhanga, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Ngororero and Karongi districts. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2^nd Floor, Kisimenti – Remera. 

FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming model RFTS (Resilience and Flourishing through Systems Transformation) through 4 sectors: Livelihoods, Education, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction. 

Food for the Hungry Rwanda is looking for a competent individual consultant to develop PRM 3-year project proposal in the sector of livelihoods for Humanitarian context (Nyabiheke, Mahama,Kigeme Mugombwa, Kiziba). This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all eligible and experienced individual consultant in Rwanda. Tender No: 007/02/FY24.

Interested and qualified Consultants meeting the above criteria should submit their Technical and Financial proposal to Email: fhr-tendercommittee@fh.org by Monday, the 5^th of March 2024 at 2.00pm CAT - with the subject line “consultancy for writing PRM full proposal narrative”. Application received after this time will not be considered.

FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
