ASSETIP would like to hire a Company that will produce its Administrative and Accounting Procedures Manual. The Procedures Manuel to be produced will be in English and its content will be based on the existing one (which is in French).

To this end, we would like to request the interested Companies to submit technical and financial proposals. To be qualified, the Company should fulfill the following:

- To be legally registered in Rwanda

- To have at least 4 years of experience in the field of accounting or auditing

- To have produced or upgraded at least 3 Administrative and Accounting Procedures Manual

- To have produced or upgraded at least 1 Administrative and Accounting Procedures Manual for an NGO.

Please note that your offer shall be submitted to ASSETIP offices (Central Secretariat), located in Remera, Bld de l'Umuganda, Global House, not later than October 10th, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. One envelope well sealed, on which it is mentioned "Tender for Administrative and Accounting Procedure Manual", must contain 2 other envelopes, one for technical offer and another one for financial offer.
