TENDER NOTICE

African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is implementing PHARUS PROJECT (Natwe Project) in partnership with HELP a CHILD and is looking for potential and qualified construction company to conduct the construction and renovation works of EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS (ECDs) IN RUSIZI DISTRICT in Nkombo and Butare Sectors. The details of the scope of work to be carried out at the site are detailed in the Bill of quantities and Drawings (see annexes) as summarized below:

 The related tender document is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 Rwf on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 Rwf / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali. Upon completing the payment, please send the proof of payment to the email address provided below. Subsequently, AEE will provide you with the tender document via e-mail.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than May 27^th, 2024, at 3:00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 3:30 pm.

Bids must include: Cover letter, Financial proposal and certificates of administrative documents (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance), proof of EBM Usage, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three recognized companies/Organizations and proof of payment of 10,000 Frws.

Site Inspection:

The representatives from all interested construction companies are required to meet on 20^th May 2024 at RUSIZI AEE Rwanda BRANCH Office at 9:00 am unless already situated in Nkombo area. Thereafter, the company representatives will go to Nkombo for the ECD construction site visit. the meeting, we will commence 

The next visit will be from 21^st – 22^nd May 2024 in Butare sector. The site visit is mandatory for all applying companies and will be guided by Supervising Engineer, Rusizi district and AEE teams. At the applicant's own cost, a company representative must visit all sites and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information to inform his/her proposal. Companies who will not participate in the related visits will automatically be disqualified.
