Association d'Exécution des Travaux d'Intérêt Public (ASSETIP) is a Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) legally operating in Rwanda.

ASSETIP would like to hire an Auditing firm to carry out a financial audit that will cover the period starting from July 2018 to December 2022.

To this end, we would like to request the interested auditing firms to submit technical and financial proposals. To be qualified, the auditing firm should fulfill the following:

- To be legally registered in Rwanda

- To have the capacity to sign the audit report

-To have at least 4 year of experience in auditing

- To have done at least 4 audits

- To have audited at least one NGO.

Please note that your offer shall be submitted to ASSETIP offices (Central Secretariat), located in Remera, Bld de l'Umuganda, Global House, not later than October 10th, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. One envelope well sealed, on which it is mentioned "Tender for audit services", must contain 2 other envelopes, one for technical offer and another one for financial offer.
