TENDER NOTICE

TITLE OF THE TENDER: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF TABLETS

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER:11.07.022/1018/G/2023-2024/NCB/EUCL-IT-PROC/CG/RR/34 PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) SOURCE OF FUND: ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED

1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of Tablets as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

2. This tender is made of one (1) indivisible Lot and the participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.

3. The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at REG-EUCL Headquarters, 1st Floor, Room No G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, chuwineza@eucl.reg.rw, or rmutungi@eucl.reg.rw: upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw). This payment shall be made to Account 2001161020000121 opened at NCBA Bank, Rwanda.

4. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of One million three Hundred twenty thousand Rwandan Francs (1,320,000 Frw) issued by a reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids.

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 11/07/2024 at 10:00 am. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

6. Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person in the conference room at REG-EUCL Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.

7. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission date.
