Tender For Maintenance And Repairing Services For Ipar-Rwanda’s Vehicles
The Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR) is inviting eligible garages to provide proposals for maintenance and repairing services for IPAR-RWANDA’s vehicles (TOYOTA HILUX and FORTUNER), for a one year contract. A garage needed is the one which is able to provide quality service with quick service delivery and a professional one
Pricing and payment modalities:
1. The proforma or devis should be provided based on the list of spares or services needed.
2. The purchase order shall be prepared based on the devis provided by the garage.
3. The garage will provide a proof of service provided to the IPAR-RWANDA.
4. Lastly, the invoice will be prepared and paid after reception.
Contract period:
This tender is for one year renewable if both parties agree on the service provider performance.
Administrative documents required
1. Trading License from RDB
2. Valid Tax Clearance from RRA
3. Valid Social Security Certificate from RSSB
4. 3 certificates of good completion from public or private institutions.
Proposals should reach the procurement office not later than 28/03/2022 at 10:00 am.
N.B:
- Technical specifications can be found in the Procurement Office of IPAR-RWANDA on working days starting from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- If there is a price of an unknown spare or service provided by the successful garage, IPAR-RWANDA will request other proforma invoices for the comparison of prices.
