TENDER NOTICE TO HIRE THE POTENTIAL SERVICES WITH CAPACITY TO PROVIDE QUALITY HOTEL /MOTEL OR RESTAURANT EVENT HOSTING AND FACILITATION SERVICES

DUHAMIC-ADRI is a prominent Non-Governmental Organization committed to fostering rural development and empowerment within Rwanda. Our organization operates extensively across 27 districts, collaborating with local communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders to drive positive change in rural areas. As part of our holistic approach to development, we regularly host a variety of events (meetings, trainings, workshops, graduation events, etc) with the aim to provide the capacity building, skill enhancement and community engagement of project beneficiaries and stakeholders.
In order to ensure effective implementation of its projects especially the hosting and facilitation of trainings, workshop, meeting and conferences, DUHAMIC-ADRI wants to hire and contract with any service provider with competence and capacities to provide three categories of Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Services (VIP Services, Standard Service and Outside Catering Services) as they are defined in the terms of reference.
The tender is divided in 27 lots (One lot per District for one of 27 Districts of interventions) as defined in the terms of reference.
For each lot, the quotation shall be presented using the following template:

The general tender eligibility and tendering process are well detailed and defined in the terms of reference.
The interested bidder shall submit their bids (both technical and financial offer) not later than Friday June 7, 2024 at 11:00AM
The offers signed, stamped, scanned and saved in PDF format together with requested technical and administrative documents will be submitted electronically via email of DUHAMIC-ADRI procurement unit: procurement@duhamic.org.rw
Each offer shall clearly mention the specific tender the bidder is competing too.
The qualified bidders will be contacted after bid analysis process for contract negotiation and other administrative procedures.
