Subject: Invitation to Tender for the repair and upgrading of the main building sewage treatment plant and related civil works at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites qualified companies to participate in the tender process for the repair and upgrading of the main building sewage treatment plant and related civil works to serve the hospital's needs.

The tender document may be obtained from the KFHR Procurement Office during working hours. Tender document will be obtained after providing a proof of payment of 10,000 Rwf paid the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK in the name of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda.

A mandatory site visit followed by a pre-bid meeting will be held on 30^th August 2024 at 10:30 am, providing an opportunity for bidders to seek clarification on the project requirements and site conditions.

The deadline for submission of tender bids is on 9^th September 2024 at 2:00 pm. late submissions will not be accepted.

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 2 % of the bid amount from and recognized financial Institution in Rwanda duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm September 9^th , 2024. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on September 9^th, 2024.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
