Background
Right To Play is a global organisation that protects, educates and empowers children to rise above adversity using play. By harnessing play, one of the most powerful and fundamental forces in a child’s life, we helped 2.3 million children last year to stay in school and out of work, to prevent life-threatening diseases like HIV and malaria and to stay safe from exploitation and abuse. Established in 2000, Right to Play reaches children through experiential programming in 15 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. These programs are supported by our headquarters in Toronto, Canada; London, UK and eight national offices across Europe (Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, UK) and North America (Canada, US).
Right To Play hereby invites all eligible national bidders who are qualified and reputable cleaning companies, to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide cleaning services to Right To Play program locations for year 2022-2023.
The successful bidder shall be contracted for a period of one year. The contract will be awarded to bidder who will meet all minimum requirements and clearly demonstrates a high degree of experience with ability and competency.

Description of the Tender
The scope of the contract shall include but not limited to the following:
• Cleaning of office space, furniture & equipment, meeting rooms, stairways and common areas.
• Cleaning of washrooms and their furniture.
• Cleaning canteen, kitchens and the balcony.
• Cleaning of doors and windows (internal and external)
Right To Play will provide all equipment as well as cleaning supplies required for carrying out the work.
The cleaning services will be carried out from Monday to Friday Weekend and holidays are excluded.
Pricing
Interested suppliers or service providers are required to provide monthly Cost for cleaning services for each project. The quoted prices/ cost must include all applicable taxes

Submission of Bidding Documents
The bidder must submit the following documents:
1. Letter for interest addressed to the Country Director of Right To Play
2. Company Profile
3. Registration certificate issued by RDB
4. Proof of use of EBM from Rwanda Revenue Authority.
5. Valid license certificate issued by RURA
6. VAT Certificate by RRA
7. Valid Clearance certificate from RSSB
8. Valid Tax clearance certificate from RRA
9. Having at least 2 years of experience in the field
10. Reference from former or current clients for past 2 years.

Submission Procedure
The bids well-presented must be submitted to Right To Play Rwanda via rwandaprocurement@righttoplay.com. The subject of your e-mail must entitled “Expression Of Interest For The Provision Of Cleaning Services To Right To Play Rwanda For 2022/2023”
The deadline for bidders to start submitting their bids is from 10th August to 31st August 2022 not later than 17:00 PM local hour. Bids that will be submitted after the deadline date and time will not be considered.
The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session. Communication of the opening result will be shared through e-mail to the bidders.
Right to Play reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate
