TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND TRAINNING FOR GOLD PROCESSING PLANT 

BACKGROUND

Ngali Mining Limited (NML) is a Private Limited Company registered in November 2015 under the Rwandan law, fully owned by NGALI Holdings and the latter being a public-owned enterprise. NML was created for investment purpose and improving the Mining service delivery basing on best practices internationally accepted. NML is currently undertaking mineral mining activities (underground tunnel and open pit) that requires to apply different machines and equipment for excavation, ore transportation and processing.

DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID

1. Letter of commitment stamped and signed 
2. A notified copy of valid trading license
3. A notified copy of Tax clearance from RRA (applicable for local suppliers)
4. The submitted envelope should be well sealed bids presented in 3 copies one of which marked original, it should be submitted to Ngali Mining Procurement office at Bodifa Mercy House, Floor 7 at Kimihurura to the above address not later than at the 26th July 2022   at 10am.The contact email: c.mucyo@ngalimining.rw, +250788301956
5. The proposal will be well printed bids written in English, properly bound, Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend at 1h30 am on the same date.  
6. The bids will remain valid for 30 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
7. Bids will be prepared in two packages (one package will be including financial offer and another one will be including technical offer. Technical offer will include all administrative documents requested.
8. If you combine technical offer and financial offer, then your offer will not be received and considered.
9. During opening ceremony, only technical offer will be opened. Financial offer will be opened only for those bidders who will have passed technical evaluation.

"The tenderer submits its proposal at its own cost and risk and accepts that the company is not obligated to award the tender to the lowest bid or any bid.  The company may make any amendments to the RFP and shall communicate the requisite amendments to the bidder and may provide, if need be, a reasonable extension of time to the bidder to make the alterations to their bid.  The tenderer understands the bidding process is subject to the Mining Local Content Regulations, and that the said bid shall be in conformity with the Mining Laws of the Republic of Rwanda and any amendments thereto."

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF THE GOLD PROCESSING PLANT

Supply.

The following are the specifications of the equipment to be supplied:

Hard rock gold processing plant –wet designed 

Alluvial gold processing plant –wet designed

Tools and accessories

The supplier shall supply the tools (toolbox) and accessories required for plant installation. 

Installations

Supplied equipment shall be installed by the supplier at the client’s premises (Miyove for hard rock gold and Ntendezi for Alluvial gold).

The client will provide Land (including civil works for leveling), Water, Electricity and will cover the trip expenses of the supplier’s technicians.

Commissioning

The supplier shall commission the operational plant to the client.

Training for the Ngali Mining team  

The supplier shall train the client’s team to operate the plant and how to conduct regular services and maintenance of the equipment.
