INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLYING READ-ALOUD STORYBOOKS FOR PRE-PRIMARY

Save the Children International (SCI) invites you to show us your expressions of interest in supplying Kinyarwanda read-aloud books for pre-primary. This expression of interest has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand SCI’s requirements, and complete a response to the tender, should you wish.

If your publishing house is interested in working with Save the Children International Rwanda submit the requested books with the following specifications.

We kindly request you to submit an expression of interest outlining the following documents:

Essential criteria

• Business registration certificate issued by RDB
• A valid Rwanda Revenue Tax Clearance
• A valid RSSB clearance certificate
• VAT certificate

Capability criteria

• Possess and present REB letter approving temporarily the book you are going to submit that it was evaluated recently in July 2024

Book quality and submission criteria:

• Submit 1 copy of the book for each title

Meet REB physical specifications for pre-primary books as indicated in the REB guideline

• Provide the following information on the envelops: the publishing house name, book titles, main theme and book level (N1, N2, N3) for each storybook submitted, and the provided information should match REB information of the same storybooks
• The books should not have any grammatical error
• Business contact address
• Company profile
• Contact Personal
• Email Address
• Phone contact.
• Bank account details (Bank Name, Bank account, Account Number and Swift code)
