TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF THE ENGLISH AND KINYARWANDA READERS FOR THE REMEDIAL LEARNING PROGRAMME

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites eligible bidders specialized in SUPPLY OF THE ENGLISH AND KINYARWANDA READERS FOR THE REMEDIAL LEARNING PROGRAMME to submit their bids for the above tender in one time delivery.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies/printing house or enterprises specialized in the field. The companies must be registered with the Trade Register of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institution. SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda deserves a right to award a tender to multiple suppliers.

The tender is divisible into three lots as indicated in the tender document. Bidders are allowed to bid to all lots but cannot be awarded to more than two lots.

Tender document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. (No physical documents accepted).

Well-presented bids, properly organized must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through an e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org and make a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 12^th /August/2024 at 3:00 PM local time. Contrary to the above submission procedures and late bids shall be rejected. Note that, the subject e-mail shall bear the words of the tender title.
