FAWE Rwanda Chapter would like to procure a Printer Kyocera Taskalfa Mz 4000i (print/copy/scan). The details for the printer to be supplied are shown in the table below:

N.B. The price for the above items must be VAT inclusive in Rwandan francs.
3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
Bidders must submit the following required documents:
- Manufacturer Authorization (Kyocera Products).
- RDB Registration Document.
- Three certificates of good completion in provision of the above-mentioned services.
- RRA Clearance certificate.
4. BID SUBMISSION:
The ORIGINAL BID will be submitted in the Office number 2 whereas the COPY will be submitted in the room number 4. The bidders or their representatives will then be requested to sign the applicants list as a proof that their bids were received by FAWE Rwanda. It’s not acceptable to deposit both the original and the copy in the same room.
5. DEADLINE FOR BIDS SUBMISSION
The deadline for bids submission is 26th July 2023 at 4:00pm. Bids will be submitted at FAWE Rwanda Offices located at Kimironko in REB Premises.
6. LATE BIDS
FAWE Rwanda (the Procuring Entity) will not consider any bid that arrives after the deadline for submission of bids.
