REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOTICE

Bridges to Prosperity (B2P) is a nonprofit organization that partners with local governments in line with the Construction of Bridges to provide safe access to rural communities.

Bridges to Prosperity envisions a world where poverty caused by rural isolation no longer exists. Rural isolation is a root cause of poverty, and we believe that connection is the foundation to opportunity. We build bridges to better lives in rural communities. With a sophisticated data collection and evaluation program, we’re able to prove that the value and impact of our work is sustained long after the opening celebration.

Bridges to Prosperity (B2P) Rwanda invites all interested companies to Expression their Interest for the supply of various items and services needed by B2P Rwanda.

The objectives of this request are:

1. B2P intends to sign a one-year contract(s), which may be extended upon the mutual agreement between both Parties.
2. To identify suppliers who can supply B2P with the most widely used items within the Program projects.
3. To standardize specifications of items/materials to be supplied; This will enable sourcing of quality readily available materials at the most cost-effective price with the fastest lead-time possible.
4. All materials supplied must fulfill the specifications and delivery period specified in the purchase contract and/or purchase orders.

The various tender for expressing the interest are the following:

Tender 1. Supply of Base materials for constructions (Cements, sands, stones and aggregates) Tender 2. Supply of Re-bars (from 6 for 25mm diameter)

Tender 3. Supply of Bolts and wire ropes and Clips (from 10mm to 16mm diameter)

Tender 4. Supply of Small tools, Personal protective equipment and hygiene materials

Tender 5. Supply of Flexible pipes, fences and Other miscellaneous items

Tender 6. Supply of Steel (UPN, Steel plates and angles)

Tender 7. Supply of B2P materials transport services

Tender 8. Supply of Office stationeries & office consumable materials

Tender 9. Supply of Providing refreshment supplies

Tender 10: Supply of Kitchen / house materials

Tender 11: Supply of Geotechnical test/soil investigation consultancy services

Tender 12: Supply of car-wash services

Tender 13: Supply of car maintenance services

Tender 14: Supply of the scaffoldings renting service

Tender 15: Supply of Tax clearance services to B2P materials (agent) and transport from Dar Es Salaam to Kigali.

Tender 16: Supply of Catering services (Restaurant)

Note: You may apply for as many tenders as you qualify for.

The shortlisting criteria are the following:

• Letter of expression of interest (Indicate the name of tender).
• Full Certificate of incorporation/Trading License (RDB) certificate.
• Company profile including Overview of past and current clients, Full company Physical address.
• Copy of valid RRA clearance certificate.
• Copy of Valid RSSB clearance certificate.
• A description of the diversity of products/materials that the company can supply/provide (technical Specifications, supply volume/stock and delivery period, proposed payment modality)
• Similar references for similar contracts executed in Public Institutions, International Organization agencies, NGOs or reputable private companies.

The submission deadline for the REIO is Tuesday 2^nd September, 2024 at 17:00 PM through procurement@bridgestoprosperity.org; No hard copies will be accepted.

B2P reserves the right to accept or reject any application without revealing the reasons thereof.
