Back ground

In partnership with Plan International Rwanda (PIR), LWD is implementing Bike for Future Project (B4F) that aims to advocate for girls & young women’s rights in Rwanda. It is with this regard that LWD in partnership with PIR through B4F project would like to sign a contract with a registered company who will be supplying office materials to LWD as per our ordering for the Project implementation purpose.

The interested company (ies), can obtain the terms of reference containing detailed requirements and conditions for biding to this tender, From the LWD head office based in Centre St Paul Kigali from 10^th October 2023 in the working Hours (9h00AM to 5H00 PM) upon presentation of the bank slip of Frw10,000 for ToR document deposited in BK in the names of LWD on Account No 100009700646.

Bidders are requested to submit to the LWD head office address: Centre ST Paul, KN 32 St, Nyarugenge, Kigali City, Rwanda, their documents in two original hard copies well sealed not later than 27^th October 2023 at 5:00 PM with the subject reference: Supplying office Materials 003/LWD-B4F/2023
