INVITATION TO TENDER No 45/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/01/07/2024

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite interested local bidders to submit their bids for the supply of various grouped in the following Lots;

Lot 1: Gift set (Note book, Executive pen and Coffee mug)

Lot 2: Gift bags

Lot 3: Note book

Lot 4: Pen

Lot 9: Credit card holder

Lot 5: Water bottle

Lot 6: Coffee mug

Lot 7: Table organizer Lot 8: Umbrella

Technical specifications for the above mentioned item will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 08th July 2024. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 26th July 2024 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted electronically using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs on full LOT. Indicate catalogue/photos of proposed gifts, delivery and warranty period. Preselected bidders shall be required to submit branded samples on LOTS quoted for. Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following requirements:

- Company registration certificate from RDB

- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

- Valid Social Security Contribution Certificate

- Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.
