RwandAir Ltd, (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites the eligible bidders to submit bids for Electrical Materials as indicated in details in the statement of Requirements. 

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir Procurement Office located, Kigali International Airport 2^nd floor upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (Rwf 10,000) Fifteen Thousand Rwandan Francs to Account N° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I&M bank or USD 10 on account no 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I&M bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All two accounts are in the names of RwandAir Ltd. Please mention on the deposit slip as follows ‘Purchasing of Tender Document 166/WB/01/2023-2024 for supply of electrical materials

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 24^th, January 2024 RwandAir, Procurement Office at Head Office located at Kigali International Airport from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

Well printed bids properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the RwandAir procurement office at the address mentioned above Not later than 21^st, February 2024 at 10:30 am (local time). The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference no. 166/WB/01/2023-2024 with title as supply of Electrical Materials. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RwandAir Head Office, Kigali International Airport2^nd floor in the main boardroom at 11:00am.  

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir Procurement Policy in place.

RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
