TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF COWS, GOATS, PIGS AND SHEEP AT SOS-CV VILLAGES RWANDA

CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites eligible bidders specialized in supply of Cows, Goats, Pigs and Sheep at SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda to submit their quotations for the above tender in a framework contract.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field. The companies must be registered with the Trade Register of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institution. SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda deserves a right to award a tender to multiple suppliers. 

The tender is divisible into three lots as follows:

Lot 1: Supply of Cows

Lot 2: Supply of Goats

Lot 3: Supply of Pigs and Sheep 

Note that bidders are allowed to bid to two lots but cannot be awarded to more than one lot.

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. (No physical documents accepted).

Well-presented bids, properly organized must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through an e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org and make a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 4th/April/2024 at 5:00 PM local time. Contrary to the above submission procedures and late bids shall be rejected. Note that, the subject e-mail shall bear the words “Supply of Cows, Goats, Pigs and Sheep”
