TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF BASE CHARGERS FOR ANDROID POS.

INVITATION TO TENDER No 55/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/11/07/2024

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to purchase 2000 base chargers for android POS for BK merchants. BK hereby invites interested bidders for the supply of the above mentioned items.

Technical specifications for the above mentioned items will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 31st July 2024. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 14th August 2024 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted in ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs or USD, payment terms. Provide the delivery and warranty period and any other required information in the technical specification. Preselected bidder will be required to submit a sample immediately after bid submission for technical evaluation process. Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following requirements:

-Detailed company profile

-Company registration certificate

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

-Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.
