The NATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICE hereinafter called client funded by the Ordinary Budget towards the cost of Supply and delivery of Carpentry materials and equipment at NRC. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

NRS invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Supply and delivery of Carpentry materials and equipment at NRC       

As indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

1. The tender document may be obtained from Umucyo e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.gov.rw) from 09/12/2022. For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay non – refundable fee of five Thousand Rwandan Francs (5,000 Frw) on the accounts of Rwanda Revenue opened at any commercial Bank.
2. All bids shall be submitted online using the E-Procurement system before 09/01/2022 at 14:00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 14:30 am local time.
3. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 808,600 Rwf in local currency
4. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
5. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-procurement system not later than fourteen (14) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 OF 21/11/2022  on Public Procurement
