• Produce and share supply chain reports with insights to drive continuous improvement of programs.
• Work with Go-to-Market and Communications teams to establish a comprehensive plan for sharing, interpreting, and utilizing supply chain data to strategically drive thought leadership.
• Work with the Data team to define, monitor, and analyze supply chain metrics to generate and present actionable information for the company.

What You'll Bring
• Master’s Degree (or higher) or equivalent work experience in a discipline within supply chain management, operations research, or related field.
• Experience in identification, collection, and analysis of supply chain data.
• Experience leading and conducting health research and MERL involving different segments of the supply chain of health commodities.
• Knowledgeable about health systems across regions, including African and/or Latin American health markets.
• Working experience and a strong understanding of public/private partnerships and their role in supply chain challenges and opportunities across health markets.

• Training in Decision Analysis and Economic Evaluations, in particular cost-benefit analysis and ROI estimations.
• Experience in WHO Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) framework and implementation.

• Strong grasp of quantitative research methodologies, study design, and statistics.
• Ability to translate strategy into practice and assess its impact.
• Strong collaborative skills and cultural competency.
• Proactive, self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
