Overview
We’re looking for a customer-oriented Quoting Coordinator to collaborate with management and sales teams to generate quotations. You will use technical and sales knowledge to prepare quotation packages.

The Sales Support & Customer Care (SSCC) team is a unified group that supports Micro Focus sales operations, entitlements, post-sales and Customer Success . As a member of the SSCC team, your typical day will be a balance between individual reporting efforts and collaboration with your teammates to share best practices and understand each other’s goals. Daily workflows often begin with reviewing priorities and assignments and include communicating with case stakeholders, investigating requests, and internally collaborating with sales or internal support teams.
This role will:
• Serve as first contact for regional management and sales teams for questions about processes, booking, pricing, etc., and offer them guidance on how to process orders and book documents.
• Support quoting and booking for renewal transactions.
• Oversee tool requests and ensure the sales team updates the tool as agreed with management on forecasting calls, follow-up with deal approval stakeholders, and drive budgetary quoting process.
• Verify and answer ad hoc questions about licensing and renewals as related to deals.
• Identify renewal accounts and help create and send out quotes in a timely manner, potentially including consolidation of renewal opportunities and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Provide Stack C quote support.
• Perform quarter-end process monitoring Q2C deals."> Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or support preferred, with demonstrated understanding of customer service environment and solutions.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English required.
• Higher-level education preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Familiarity with IT and/or customer support hardware/ software/ operating systems/ cloud computing required.
• Customer obsession, initiative, and drive to exceed expectations required.
• Creativity, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently but know when to collaborate required.
