PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
To lead in development and implementation of sales strategies to meet annual sales targets. |

To lead in the execution of the direct sales and key accounts strategies to ensure the channel sales targets are met on an annual basis in alignment with overall business strategy. |

To manage relationships with key accounts i.e., NGOs, supermarkets, corporate entities to enhance partnerships. |

To coordinate with the Marketing team to align overall marketing activities to the direct sales and key accounts strategies to ensure there is synergy to drive win at POS and meet sales targets. |

To lead the sales team to embrace SPOUTS’ ways of working around usage of sales tools, JP adherence and channel strategy to drive high performance. |

To lead in capabilities development to ensure clear succession plan for the team. |

To support in achieving the departmental revenue targets by closing sales |

To develop joint business plans, key accounts and potential customers to enhance sales revenue. |

To participate in industry forums, client discussions and conferences for networking purposes to widen the SPOUTS market base. |

REQUIREMENTS |

Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. |
|
Experience |
4 years’ experience in managing and directing a sales program, customer relationship management and achieving sales targets. |
|
Proficiency in computer skills and experience in using ERP |
||
Business Understanding / Knowledge |
Experience with buffer, google analytics and social media platforms |
|
Languages |
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Kinyarwanda |
