Chillington Rwanda Ltd was established in 1982 and is the sole manufacturer of casted spares and hand tools in Rwanda. Chillington Rwanda Ltd produces wheelbarrows, chaff cutters,a variety of other customized products and has a foundry with a production capacity of 4 tons per day specializing in casted wear parts for cement, mining, aggregate, construction and utility industries.
Chillington Rwanda would like to recruit a competitive sales assistant to help the client representative with quotations making and payment collection. The goal is to provide high class customer service and increase company revenue through sales and cash cycle optimisation.

JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:

• Ascertain customers needs and requirements.
  
• Ensure quotation are sent in a timely manner, send invoices and actively follow up with payments.
  
• Ensure all filing, reporting and communications are done on time.
  
• Ensure all stakeholders are constantly updated on confirmed order status.
  
• Ensure potential issues are prevented or efficiently dealt with when they arise.
  
• Assist with any other requested duties.
  Requirements :
  
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel knowledge, Internet,etc..)
  
• Excellent fluency in English and Kinyarwanda. Fluency in French preferred.
  
• Friendly personality.
  
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar role.
  
• High school diploma.
