JOB DETAILS:
Coordinate research and publication activities in the field of Human rights and their publication

Propose and Elaborate to the Commission fields requiring research projects;
Plan research activities on basis of the Commission’s recommendations and decisions
Identify needs relating to research works interesting the Commission and determine in details needs in experts, material and financial means
Elaborate Terms of reference for each research or survey activity
Coordinate the implementation of Commission’s research projects and make reports on them
Coordinate the Publication and dissemination of reports and other documents produced by the Commission;

Facilitate in the formulation of appropriate statistical database for managing population complaints

Create a system that facilitate effective collection and correction of data;
Collect data and evidences for elaboration of Commission policies, strategies and plans;
Cross check and interpret the Commission available data and figures with publically available sources;
Report drafting and submission to the relevant authority;
Provide an essential framework to be used in the collection, preparation, recording and use of statistics
Ensure regular update of the Commission databank
