Subject: Request for quotations for consumable items for kitchen, cleaning and other

Dear Sir/Madam,

Inades-Formation Rwanda wishes to hire a potential supplier who will be supplying different consumable items for kitchen, cleaning and other for an annual contract basis.

In that context, Inades-Formation Rwanda is requesting you to submit your price quotations based on the technical specification annexed. Price quotations should be accompanied by RDB registration certificate, VAT registration certificate and proof of EBM possession.

You are required to submit the price quotation and all requested documents to the office on any working day from 30^th, July 2024 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at Inades- Formation Rwanda headquarters Remera, KG 109 ST 2, Remera in the Secretariat Office, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 00257-00696678-38 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) under the name of Inades Prestation.

Well printed bids written in either French, English or Kinyarwanda language, addressed
to the Country Director, P.O Box 866 Kigali, properly bound and presented in two copies of which, one is original, in sealed envelopes marked “Request for the provision of consumable items for kitchen, cleaning and other” be submitted to the office Reception not later than 12^th, August 2024 at 02.30 pm.

Bids will be opened at Inades- Formation Rwanda Office on 12^th, August 2024 at 03.00 pm
in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
