Request for quotations “RFQ 2023/02/LOG/005 Construction and partitioning with aliminium at Urwego bank Head Office
Urwego Bank PLC (herein referred to as the bank) hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposal for construction and partitioning of nine offices and Kitchen at Urwego Bank : Head Office.

Please note also the following:
• All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ 2023/02/LOG/005 for construction and partitioning at Urwego Bank Head Office, and submitted to the bank’s reception at its head office located at , Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remora Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100, Website: urwegobank.com;
Prospective bidders should prepare their quotations based on attached bills of quantity . Prospective bidders may make field visit any time between 9th and 16th February 2023
• The bidder / company is requested to mention his address too in the corner side of the same envelope
• The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selection by the Bank Tender Committee Members who will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
• The quotations should include following documents : VAT registration Certificate, a valid Trading license/incorporation certificate (Registre de Commerce) and 2 completion certificates in similar work
• Note 1: The bidder should be in the field tying with this present tender as per RDB registration certificate with experience of 2 years at least.
• Note 2 : On attachment you will see the BOQ and scope of work to be done (please consider this)
• Note 3: The best bidder will be required to work day and night from Friday up to Sunday. He must be sure that by Monday morning staff will find offices well cleaned
• The awarded company will be ready to start works immediately after receiving the tender notification
• Deadline for submission is on Thursday 17th February, 2023 at 3:00 PM.

Alminium Partition (I) And Gypsym Partitioning (II) QTY U.P T.P(VAT inclusive)
1 Partitioning of 9 offices with alminium glasses of 6 mm , impost and fixed upper glass of 70 cm x 30 cm and the office ( full size 320x340 ) and Single door and magnate stopper. Note: following offices (4,5,and 6) will be covered buy gypsum up to the ceiling
2 Re-Paritioning existing Private office with gypsum of 12mm up to the ceiling and 4 fixed glasses and othe two (2) opening windows. Note: door will change and be fixed in corridor .
3 Demolitioning exixting Kitchen and construction a new kitchen with plumbing and supply new materials (sink, water tap, tires,... )
4 Finishing and painting (use of company colors and codes) where is required plus cleaning activities
