SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF OFFICE PARTITIONNING 

TITLE OF EOI: OFFICE PARTITIONING (Fit out Works, Electrical installation, Security systems (Access control & cctv camera) and ICT installations, HVAC) 

The OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC (OMIR) intends to use a portion of funds from the allocated budget for the provision of office partitioning service. 

The OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC (OMIR) now invites eligible companies to indicate their interest for providing these services.

Interested bidders must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Profile of the firm, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among key staff, etc.). Joint venture among the companies is allowed.

OMIR is under no obligation to shortlist any bidder who expresses interest.

Interested bidders are requested to submit their Expression of Interest to OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC head office (Grand Pension Plaza 7th Floor On the reception desk) in Sealed Envelops written “EOI”.

The deadline for submission is not later than 3rd November 2023 11h 00 AM. Late EOI will not be accepted.
