RECRUITING CONSULTANTS FOR MIFOTRA/APEFE RWANDA PROGRAM’S MID-TERM EVALUATION

APEFE is a Belgian organization that mobilizes its resources and expertise to serve the countries of the South for strengthening their capacities to implement their development policy in the sectors of education, agriculture and environment, health, governance, and the private sector. 

In order to address the issues of lack of employable skills and youth unemployment in Rwanda, MIFOTRA and APEFE Rwanda are implementing a Workplace Learning training program that integrates TVET schools, professional associations and companies in skills development.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR A SERVICE CONTRACT

Institution: APEFE Rwanda 

Title of the program: Workplace Learning and Youth Decent Employment Support Program 

Donor: The Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (Belgium) 

Summary of service contract: Recruiting two (2) consultants for APEFE Rwanda program’s mid-term evaluation – for a total of 40 working days, from September to November 2024

APEFE Rwanda intends to pre-qualify service providers that are able to conduct a mid-term evaluation of its 5-year program.

Service providers / consultants having a proven prior experience and expertise in evaluation in general and in workplace learning, entrepreneurship and career guidance in particular will be invited to participate in the next phase - the call for tender. 

Expressions of interest must include, at least, a letter of expression of interest and a Curriculum Vitae and are to be sent by mail to bureau.kigali@apefe.org, with reference “EoI-Mid-term evaluation”. 

Deadline of submission is Wednesday 27 March 2024, 5 pm.
