 REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)

Dear Sir, Madam:

You are kindly requested to submit quotations for the following items in accordance with the specifications listed below. Offerors shall not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of quotes.

1. ITEMS DESCTPTIONS AND SPEFICIFICATIONS 

2. CONDITIONS REQUIREMENT 

Quotations should be accompanied by the following documents:

1. Company registration certificate
2. Valid Tax clearance (RRA and RSSB)
3. Provide at least two references for similar deliveries from NGO or public institutions
4. VAT registration Certificate

3. QUOTATIONS

Quotations in response to this RFQ must be all taxes inclusive and presented in Rwanda currency. They must remain valid for not less than thirty (30) calendar days after the offer deadline. Bidders are requested to provide quotations on official letterhead, quotations should clearly state unit price and total price

4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INFORMATION GOVERNANCE 

All documents related to this RFQ shall remain the property of Women for Women Rwanda and must be returned on demand. Unless requested otherwise, WfW- Rwanda reserves the right to disclose all documents relating to this Procurement Process, including without limitation your tender response, to any employee, third party agent, adviser, or other third party involved in the procurement in support of, and/or in collaboration with WfW-Rwanda

5. EVALUATION CRITERIA AND AWARD

The award will be made to the offeror whose offer follows the RFQ instructions, meets eligibility requirements, and receives the highest score out of a determined set of weighted technical and financial criteria

Please note that if there are significant deficiencies regarding responsiveness to the requirements of this RFQ, an offer may be deemed “non-responsive” and thereby disqualified from consideration. It is anticipated that award will be made only on the basis of these original quotations. However, women for women Rwanda reserves the right to conduct any of the following:

• Women for Women Rwanda may conduct negotiations with and/or request clarifications from any offer prior to award.
• While preference will be given to offer who can address the full technical requirements of this RFQ, WfW- Rwanda may issue a partial award or split the award among various suppliers.

Interested companies must provide well-printed quotes properly bound to WfW-Rwanda office located at Kacyiru KG 5 Av 28 not later than 3^rd September 2021 at 4:00 PM local time (late bids are automatically rejected). Or sending their quotations on rwanda.procurment@womenfrowomen.org

The best bidder will be chosen through a quality and cost-based selection method in accordance with WfW-Rwanda
