Gikuriro Kuri BoseCatholic Relief Services (CRS) was awarded a five-year USAID project, the Integrated Nutrition and Early Child Development Program (INECD) implemented in consortium with four members; Humanity Inclusion, UMUHUZA, TSI, UGHE and four sub-partners; CARITAS, AEE, YWCA, DUHAMIC implementing the Program in 10 districts (Kayonza, Ngoma, Rwamagana, Kicukiro, Nyarugenge, Rulindo, Burera, Nyabihu, Nyamasheke and Nyanza). The Program aims to improve the health, functioning, nutritional status, and wellbeing of women of reproductive age and children under five years of age, with an emphasis on the 1,000-day window, strengthen inclusion of children and adults with disabilities, and improve positive parenting and child development.

The wall clocks should have the following specifications:
• 10-inch Diameter Circular Shape
• Plastic Frame & Lens
• Frame Colors: Black,
• Precision quartz movement - three hands
• Requires one AA Battery
• Programmable alarm features embedded within clocks with capacity to ring 4 times in one day after setting once.
• Image provided by Three Stones International Rwanda inserted on to clock face
The wall clocks should be delivered to Three Stones International Rwanda Office located in Kimihurura, KG622 St 3 within 3 months of contract signing.
Eligibility• Venders must be registered with RRA and provide VAT certificate
• Venders must demonstrate capability to produce the clocks within the required timeline
• Venders must demonstrate previous experience on delivering on a work order of this scale
Submission ProcedureInterested and eligible local bidders shall submit the following:
• Expression of interest letter addressed to the Managing Director of Three Stones International Rwanda Ltd.
• A technical description on the production process and where parts will be sourced from Provide Origin Certificate of the wall clocks.
• In case the product is manufactured in Rwanda, the Vendor should comply with the Made in Rwanda product and criteria to acquire Made in Rwanda logo (Rwanda Standard Board – RSB).
• Financial offer which includes costs of production, transport and timeline of deliverables. Financial offer should include a breakdown of cost per unit and all applicable taxes.
• RDB registration certificate.
• VAT certificate.
• Tax clearance from RRA & RSSB.
• At least two good completion certificates for contracts of a similar size and scope.
Three Stones International, on behalf of Gikuriro Kuri Bose reserves all rights to the product and all intellectual property and the right to inspect production and receive regular progress updates on delivery of the clocks.
