Bank of Kigali plc would like to invite all interested bidders to do with the public auction of its Building located in Gicumbi District. Below are more details of the above mentioned building;

The auction shall take place at Gicumbi town where the said building is located on 19th. July-2024 at 11:00 am the auction method to be used shall be Open auction style and the highest bidder shall be announced after the auction.

All interested parties can start visiting the above mentioned building from 08th -July-2024 to 18th -July-2024 during working hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday- Friday).

Note:

All interested bidders will be required to pay three million as caution fees (3,000,000 Rwf) to participate in this auction, the caution fees shall be refunded after the auction for those whose offer was not considered.
