Tender Documents may be obtained on email by emailing info@ruraldevelopmentinitiative.org , from 09/02/2023 from 8: 30 am to 17:00 pm upon presentation(attach) of a bank slip for the payment of 10,000 Frw deposited to the account N0. 25043449001 Opened in I&M Bank of Rural Development Initiative.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies one of which is the original must reach the RDI Office, not later than 21/02/2023 at 10:30 a.m local time. late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title. The validity of bids shall be 120 days from the opening day of bids. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, in the conference room of RDI at 11:00 am.
NB: Those who already bought tender document don’t need to buy it again.
