TENDER NOTICE No AS PER E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
TITLE: PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES
SOURCE OF FUND: ORDINARY BUDGET.
CLIENT: IPRC TUMBA.
IPRC TUMBA hereby invites qualified national bidders to submit bids for Provision of cleaning services as indicated in details in the statement of requirements. The tender is composed of one indivisible lot.
Tender Documents may be obtained online on www.umucyo.gov.rw upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 FRW) to the account titled “Rwanda Revenue Authority” opened in all commercial Banks of Rwanda.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of five hundred fifty thousand Rwandan francs (550,000Rwf) from the bank.
Compulsory site visit will be conducted by the IPRC Tumba Estate Manager on 27th August 2020 at 09:00 AM at Musanze satellite centre (Muhoza sector) and Gacaca and proceed to IPRC Tumba main campus in rulindo district at 1:00pm.
On 28th August at 9:00am Rutongo mining school in rulindo district, masoro sector and proceed to Kigali training center at 2:00pm.
