Tender title: Public tender for provision of TVET START-UP KITS

The deadline for submission of bids: 10/12/2024 at 11:00 a.m.

DUHAMIC-ADRI is implementing a five-year PEPFAR/USAID Program named IGIRE-JYAMBERE “ODA” in all 10 sectors of Nyarugenge Districts; would like to invite all interested companies or firms to supply different TVET Start up kits (see on attachment) to the benefit all IGIRE JYAMBERE Activity beneficiaries.

The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the tender document hereby attached.

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all related taxes. The samples can be visited at DUHAMIC-ADRI Kicukiro head offices during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm).

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 10/12/2024 at 11:00 a.m.

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
