INVITATION TO TENDER No 48/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/04/07/2024

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc is looking for different service providers for the provision of Starlink Internet. BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, regional or international service providers for the above mentioned services.

Specifications for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 12th July 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 25th July 2024 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, and delivery timelines, Provide a partnership certificate of approved reseller of Starlink. provide Company's registration certificate, valid Tax Authority and Social Security Contribution Clearance certificates.
