TITLE: Provision of Pastor’s Training on Post Graduate in Theology

World Vision International is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization whose purpose is to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. World Vision is dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable children. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the country’s experience and journey since 1994 working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs.

World Vision International (Rwanda) is looking for a qualified Theological School/University for Provision of Pastor’s Training on Post Graduate in Theology. Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions.

Instructions to bidders: 

1. All interested Schools/ Universities shall express their interest on this Expression of Interest latest on 31^rst October 2024 at 00 am (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the consultant in WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”);
2. An e-mail will be sent to all interested companies through WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) on 31^rst October 2024.
3. Interested Schools/ Universities must be legally registered and licensed in Rwanda.
4. Please note that all tendering process and bids submission will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa), no hard copies will be accepted.

6. Any bidder who will not comply with the instructions to the bidders will automatically be disqualified.
