Scope
Sustainable Growers Rwanda is looking for potential qualified companies to provide financial controllership and tax advisory services for its NGO and Social Enterprise entities.
The objective of the financial controllership and tax advisory services is to provide oversight advisory to Sustainable Growers Rwanda financial operations and transactions, and tax advisory/ compliance services.

The main scope of work will include the following elements.
• Monthly controllership, review of and advice on the financial reports
• Ad-hoc management reporting
• Advisory on tax compliance and tax issues in everyday practice in the local/ regional laws context
• Processing of tax opinions based on specific assignments
• Preparation of monthly and annual statutory taxes
• Representation of the organization by the inspection from tax authorities and assistance with the tax authorities’ enquiries and dispute resolution
• In-depth analysis of the tax treatment of the transactions carried out by the company (e.g. contracts, business transaction chains etc.) and presentation of the fiscal consequences arising for the company
• Notifications on legislative changes and processing of respective analysis
• Other advisory in duty obligations

Requirements
Submssion Procedure
Interested qualified companies must submit their qualitative & quantitative financial and technical proposals along with the following admin documents to the the Procurement office of Sustainable Growers Rwanda located at Nyarutarama, KG 9 #91 or by Email: recruitment@sustainablegrowers.org.
1. Copy of certificate of incorporation from RDB
2. Valid Rwanda Revenue [RRA] tax clearance certificate
3. Valid Rwanda Social Security [RSSB] clearance certificate
4. Must have an experience of not less than five years, at least (3) references notarized required
5. A confirmation that the bidder has Electronic Billing Machine [EBM]
The company shall be chosen through a Quality and Cost based selection method in accordance with Sustainable Growers Rwanda procedures.

Well-printed bids, properly bound, sealed in envelopes, and presented in (3) copies one of which is the original must reach the procurement office of Sustainable Growers Rwanda not later than 9th September 2022 at 5pm (local time). Late bids will be automatically rejected.
