Title: Provision of Design and Construction of exhibition stands for 2023-2024 Tradeshows 1. Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) represents the best interests of Rwanda's MICE industry stakeholders and its mission is to promote Rwanda as a premier MICE destination.

In line with its mandate, RCB would like to be in an annual framework agreement with experienced and eligible company to provide stands design and construction for IMEX Las Vegas, IBTM World Barcelona, Meetings Africa, IMEX Frankfurt & Meetings Show London.

2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders and detailed scope of services are provided in the bidding document and may be obtained on any working day from 8:00 Am to 5:30 Pm from July 5th, 2023 in the Procurement Office, RCB Headquarter in RDB building, 2nd floor or on our website: www.rcb.rw and bidders are required to pay for the tender document non-refundable fees amounting to Rwf 10,000 payable on RCB account number 0009507728806-72 open in Bank of Kigali (BK). The proof of payment must be part of the tender documents to be submitted.

3. For foreign companies, soft bids are acceptable and for local bidders, original bids are compulsory and required and should be presented in sealed envelopes and reach RCB procurement office not later than Tuesday, July 18th, 2023 at 10:00 AM local time. Bids opening is scheduled the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
