TENDER TITLE

PROVISION OF 300 m² AIR-CONDITIONED WAREHOUSE FOR KING FAISAL HOSPITAL RWANDA FOR STORING DRUGS AND CONSUMABLES.

King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit quotations for the provision of 300 m2 air-conditioned warehouse for storing medications and consumables as indicated in detail in the schedule of requirements.

The warehouse located near King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is an added advantage, and a bidder possessing a warehouse which is not air conditioned, can also quote with the cost of installing it  within the shortest period possible included.

• Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies/Individualsinterested in this invitation, and all quotations must be all taxes included.  
• Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali – Rwanda. Email: procurement@kfhkigali.com.
• Quotations will be submitted electronically to the above email with copy to uwimana@kfhkigali.com not later than Friday 9^th August, 2024 at 2:00 pm Late quotations will be rejected.
• The selected bidder will sign a renewable annual contract with King Faisal Hospital Rwanda. Quotation will be submitted to the address below:
