Key Competencies
• Computer literate, Good oral and written communication; Ability to multi task, Strong Analytical and report writing skills; honest and sober disposition; Fluency in English (both written and oral); knowledge of predominant Zambian languages in Lusaka is an added advantage.
Education and Experience
• Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or any related field; Minimum 5 years experience in development work in the NGO sector; Strong proven track record in project management; Experience working on gender and women’s empowerment programming; Experience working in communities and with Community Based Organisations; Experience as a trainer.
