Job Description
• The Project manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Project manager will be actively involved in planning and designating project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way.
To achieve this, the project manager will perform the following specific tasks:
• Actively participate in the elaboration of project design for CHUK Program supported under the sub agreement of MOH /CDC /COAG and other projects working in CHUK
• Ensure that project indicators (CHUK Clinic, Histopathology, Pediatric Center for Excellence, Lab/TB Program) are updated (indicator description, baseline values, periodical targets, source of data and data collection tools)3. Consolidate Monthly or quarterly financial and technical report, analyze and provide recommendation to the Director General CHUK/MOH Focal Point and the principal investigator of the MOH/COAG and other projects
• Ensure the Overall implementation of the activities execution of the work plan and the budget absorption
• Perform other related Duties as required
