As part of this commitment, the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) invites interested and eligible suppliers to supply printing Items. The contract will cover the supply and delivery of various printing items required for maintaining the UGHE high quality marketing materials.

It is in this regard that University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) invites eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply of Printing items Services. The detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) can be accessed via the University of Global Health Equity's Procurement System at the following link: https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php

Any clarification requests can be sent by email to: ughe-procurement@ughe.org, no later than 20th February 2025.

All quotations from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php Request ID #2210 no later than 27th February 2025, 09:00 AM Kigali time

It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their submission is completed by the deadline and all documents are Signed, Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.

The results of the public opening session will be available in the eProcurement system starting on 28^th February 2025.
