TENDER NOTICE            

Tender Title: Office Partitioning at Masoro RwandAir Warehouse

RwandAir Ltd, (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has funds from its ordinary budget and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Office Partitioning at Masoro RwandAir Warehouse as indicated in detail in the tender documents under bill of quantities section. 

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir Procurement Office located, Kigali International Airport 2^nd floor upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (Rwf 10,000) Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs to Account N° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I&M bank or USD 10 on account no 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I&M bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All two accounts are in the names of RwandAir Ltd. The Payment proof should bear the following ‘Purchasing of Tender Document for Office Partitioning at Masoro RwandAir Warehouse.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 24^th, January 2024 RwandAir, Procurement Office at Head Office located at Kigali International Airport from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 9^th, February 2024 at 11hr00 Kigali time at Masoro Rwandair’s warehouse. 

Well-printed bids properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the RwandAir procurement office at the address mentioned above Not later than 21^st, February 2024 at 11:30 am (local time). The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number with title as Office Partitioning at Masoro RwandAir Warehouse. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 21^st February, 2024 at 12:00 am Local time or 10:00 GMT at RwandAir Ltd premises   

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid submission deadline as mentioned.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir’s procurement policy and procedure manual as modified and completed to date. 

RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders
