Key Competencies
• Good Oral and written Communication Skills; Ability to multi task; Strong analytical and report writing skills; Fluency in English required (written and oral); Knowledge of predominant Zambian languages in Lusaka will be an added advantage; Must be of an honest and sober disposition.
Education and Experience
• University Degree in Development studies or related field; Certificate or diploma in M&E shall be an added advantage; At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E activities; Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports; Proven ICT skills; Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software; Strong training & facilitation skills.
