Position Summary
Africa New Life Ministries is a faith-based organization that is transforming lives and communities using two hands. With one hand we share the Gospel of Jesus Christ leading to spiritual transformation. With the other hand we demonstrate acts of compassion through our educational sponsorship and community development programs.

This position supports the Marketing and Communications Department with priority tasks, works closely with the team to create and execute engaging social media content and interacts within social media platforms, and measures and reports on marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Supports creative asset and video development.
• Creates peer to peer campaigns.
• Supports VBS efforts with new content creation.
• Collects community reports on behalf of Communications Coordinator.
• Measures results of communication efforts.
• Runs giving reports in Oracle and updates giving trackers accordingly.
• Assists with planned giving and employer matching efforts.
• Measures social analytics for monthly report across all social platforms.
• Assists with content creation for social media platforms.
• Monitors Social Media accounts interacting with users through messaging, comments, etc.
• Contributes to social media growth efforts through the use of content creation, ads, and engagement.
• Implements new YouTube strategies towards achieving digital sponsorship goals.
• Assists Marketing and Communications team with priority tasks.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Respectfully takes direction from Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
