Manager Digital and Enterprise Platforms At MTN Rwanda

MTN Rwanda is therefore Internally and Externally recruiting a highly competent and self-motivated individual for the Position below in IT Department.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain high availability and performance of digital and enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate new technologies and innovations that give value to Business and boost digital transformation
• Work closely with Architecture teams to address future digital business needs.
• Propose/decide systems improvement needs and resource allocations.
• Manage and operate MTN digital and enterprise platforms and solutions that provide services to OpCo and external parties.
• Ensuring effective technology platforms and solutions are used to efficiently deliver on the strategy.
• Operations management and availability of services as per agreed SLAs.
• Lead the digital and enterprise platforms projects and advise on technology and technical implications.
• Work closely with different departments and digital teams to validate new solutions design service blueprints and ensure quick implementation processes.
• Ensure that all processes and tools are implemented for effective digital and enterprise platforms-managed operations.
• Ensure that digital and enterprise platforms security is optimized.
• To be a Bridge between business and managed operations for timely delivery of requests.
• Ensure that digital and enterprise platforms partners (internal and external) are engaged and supported from a technical perspective.
• Ensure that day-to-day tasks of vendor management are handled with excellence and precision (on time) and work with service management as per the vendor management process.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
• 4 years of extensive experience in Systems Engineering, Applications Management or another related IT field
• Understanding of the Telecom industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial position within Telecom Industry
