To support this commitment, we seek to engage a qualified and experienced Labor Coach to provide on-demand coaching services. This coaching will address a range of individual needs, fostering improvements in key areas such as communication, management, interpersonal skills, and overall performance.

Provide TechnoServe Rwanda staff with personalized coaching to enhance their professional and personal skills.
Improve staff performance in areas such as communication, management, flexibility, result focus, and other identified needs. Empower staff to effectively address challenges and achieve their professional goals.
Create a flexible and accessible coaching program with a defined tariff for individual sessions.
Scope of Work
Scope of Services
The selected Labor Coach will be responsible for: Individual Coaching Sessions:
Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with TechnoServe Rwanda staff members as requested. Developing personalized coaching plans based on individual needs and goals.
Utilizing effective coaching techniques to facilitate self-awareness, skill development, and behavioral change. Providing constructive feedback and support to help staff members achieve their objectives.
Addressing a variety of professional and personal development areas, including but not limited to: Communication skills (verbal and written)
Management and leadership skills Interpersonal and relationship skills Time management and organization Flexibility and adaptability
Result focus and performance improvement Stress management and work-life balance Confidence building and self-efficacy
Session Structure and Duration:
Each coaching session should be approximately 60-90 minutes in length.
A standard coaching engagement will consist of 5-6 sessions per individual, though flexibility for additional sessions may be required based on individual needs and approval.
Reporting and Documentation:
Availability and Scheduling:
Demonstrating flexibility in scheduling coaching sessions to accommodate the availability of TechnoServe Rwanda staff. Providing timely responses to scheduling requests and inquiries.
Deliverables
Personalized Coaching Plans: For each staff member engaged in coaching, the Coach will deliver a written personalized coaching plan outlining goals, focus areas, and proposed approach.
Individual Coaching Sessions: Delivery of the agreed-upon number of one-on-one coaching sessions (typically 5-6 per individual, with potential for additional approved sessions).
Confidential Session Records: Maintenance of detailed and confidential records for each coaching session. These records may be requested for audit purposes, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
Progress Reports: Submission of brief, summary-level progress reports to the designated TechnoServe contact person at the agreed- upon intervals.
Invoices: Timely and accurate submission of invoices for completed coaching services, adhering to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Availability and Responsiveness: Demonstrated availability for scheduling and timely responses to communication from TechnoServe.
Adherence to Confidentiality: Strict adherence to principles of confidentiality regarding all coaching interactions and personal information shared by staff members.
Professional Conduct: Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with TechnoServe staff and stakeholders.

Additional Information
Contractual Arrangements
TechnoServe Rwanda will enter into a contract with the selected Labor Coach for a specified period. The contract will include terms and conditions related to payment, confidentiality, and termination. Payment will be based upon the agreed upon tariff, and per session completed.

The Labor Coach will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions.

Required Documentation for Consultants
All consultants, whether local or international, must submit the following documents to be considered for the procurement process: For Rwandan Companies/Individuals:
Company Registration Certificate – Issued by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) for companies or proof of business registration for individuals.
Tax Clearance Certificate – Issued by the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), confirming compliance with tax obligations.
Proof of Electronic Billing Machine (EBM) Submission – Evidence of compliance with Rwanda’s electronic invoicing requirements. Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Declaration for 2024 – Latest declaration submitted to the RRA.
Bank Letter - provide a signed and stamped letter by the bank with the following details: bank name, account number, Swift code and bank address.
For International Companies/Individuals:
Company Registration Certificate – Issued by the relevant authority in the country of incorporation. Tax Clearance Certificate – Proof of tax compliance from the vendor’s home country.
Compliance with Rwandan Statutory & Taxation Laws – Vendors must ensure adherence to all applicable Rwandan laws, including tax obligations and business registration for international service providers.
Bank Letter - provide a signed and stamped letter by the bank with the following details: bank name, account number, Swift code and bank address.
Response Instructions
To ensure consideration, all responses must be submitted no later than 05/08/2025, written in English with prices stated in RWF. All responses must:
Contain a detailed cost with applicable taxes and other charges clearly identified. Provide requested payment terms and conditions.
Include a contact name, email address, and telephone number.
For quotes from a firm, provide a brief outline of the company and services offered, including the company's full legal name and address, the jurisdiction of incorporation, the full legal name and country of citizenship of the company's owners/principal officers, and the year the business was established.
If a consortium of firms or a team of consultants submits a quote jointly, the above information should be provided for each member of the team.
Only include attached files that are 10 MB or smaller in size. Do not include compressed (ZIP, RAR), executable, or other unusual file formats as these will be rejected.

Terms and Conditions
This solicitation shall not be construed as an offer by TechnoServe. Responses must be submitted on or before the date indicated.
Any quotes that are unresponsive will be summarily rejected.
Responses to this solicitation shall be deemed binding offers and must remain valid for acceptance for no less than 90 days from the closing date of this solicitation.
Any purchases resulting from this solicitation will be governed by TechnoServe's contractual terms and conditions, and may be subject to additional terms as required by donors funding the purchase.
TechnoServe expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any quote or to cancel the solicitation process at any time without explanation, with no liability to any respondent.
TechnoServe may, at its discretion, accept all or part of a respondent's offer.
All information provided by TechnoServe in this solicitation is given in good faith; however, details are subject to change. TechnoServe may require respondents to enter into a non-disclosure agreement as a prerequisite for consideration.
Respondents bear sole responsibility for all costs incurred in connection with the preparation of their response, including any third- party expenses.
All responses shall become the property of TechnoServe.
